Buds is our 2 year old provision led by Mrs Cox. Mrs Cox is a very experienced Nursery Nurse who has been at The Beeches for over 20 years. She is supported by Mrs K and Mrs Mills.

We worked so hard to learn about nocturnal animals, space, rockets, day time and night time and the moon!
We worked so hard to learn about nocturnal animals, space, rockets, day time and night time and the moon!
We have done the most amazing drawings of nocturnal animals! We have worked so hard to hold our pencils in a tripod grip and to talk about our drawings! In the forest we made muddy hedgehogs and beautiful bats!

We have learnt that it always happens in January or February. We learnt that yellow and red are very lucky colours for Chinese New year. We listened to the story of the Dragon dance and then we did our very own dragon dance. We made chinese new year lanterns and dragons to decorate our classroom! We learnt that adults give children lucky red envelopes at Chinese new year. We even did some maths with gold coins and red envelopes. It was great fun.Â
